★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendación para los clientes de este banco y banamex en general, instalen la aplicación de citibanamex, consigan una netkey en su sucursal, configuren su banca en linea y después de esto se ahorran el 70% de las visitas a atención a clientes, que por las enormes filas son una pérdida de tiempo. En esta sucursal en particular el personal es amable y atento. Los trámites para cuentas nuevas, AFORES, etc más vale lleven tiempo de sobra porque suelen ser algo lentos de realizar.
