★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco RATA!!! Se cobran a lo chino, excesivo cobro de manejo de cuenta, cuando ni se ocupa la tarjeta Perfiles, les recomiendo AMPLIAMENTE no sacar esta tarjeta, es un ROBO aparte que no les dan nada de intereses.
RATA Bank !!! Chinese, excessive charge of account management is charged, when neither the Profiles card is occupied, I recommend you EXTENDLY not to take out this card, it is a separate ROBO that does not give you any interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te dan respuesta coherente a tu necesidad, al igual pésimo servicio del banco, hace descuentos sin motivos algunos a tu tarjetas.
Terrible service, they do not give you a coherent answer to your need, just like the bank's terrible service, it makes discounts to your cards for no reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera no le doy ni una la atencion es pésima no vayan, los empleados son muy groseros tienen preferencias aunque uno también tienen tarjeta de ese banco, me hicieron esperar más de 3 horas afuera del banco en el sol, y solo dejaban pasar clientes preferentes, lastima de banco de buena apariencia pero jamás regreso a esa sucursal.
If I could I won't give a single attention it's terrible don't go, the employees are very rude they have preferences although one also has a card from that bank, they made me wait more than 3 hours outside the bank in the sun, and they only let preferential customers through , it hurts a good looking bank but I never go back to that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar te dan tu turno y te dicen el tiempo aproximado en el que te toca pasar para que te retires y vuelvas sin necesidad de estar esperando horas en la fila fuera del banco. La necedad del cliente no tiene nada que ver con la atención prestada.
Upon arrival they give you your turn and tell you the approximate time in which you have to pass so that you can retire and return without having to wait hours in line outside the bank. The foolishness of the client has nothing to do with the attention given.
