It is the worst, the tellers ignore you, they only attend to acquaintances, there is no one who goes to ask what they are going to do and they wait for more than 2 hours for the people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!!! cada vez k voy al banco es insufrible debido a k nunca funcionan los turnos, siempre hay unas filas interminables las cuales avanzan muy lentamente pues solo atiende 1 ventanilla y a lo mucho 2 para cajas cuando bien nos va y el colmo nos formamos y organizamos solos xq el personal nunca está para atendernos
Horrible!!!! every time k I go to the bank is unbearable because ak turns never work, there are always endless rows which move very slowly because it only serves 1 window and at most 2 for boxes when it goes well and the high we train and organize alone xq the staff is never there to help us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general un buen banco. A excepción de que son pocos cajeros automáticos y no funcionan todos. El tiempo de espera para poder hacer uso de uno de ellos es de aproximadamente 15 min cuando hay gente. Lo peor es cuando solo funciona uno.
Overall a good bank. Except that there are few ATMs and not all of them work. The waiting time to be able to use one of them is approximately 15 min when there are people. The worst is when only one works.
