No entiendo el beneficio de las máquinas si están disponibles solo en horario oficial! We arrived at 7.30 to use the ATM, and the doors were locked. A l'entrée je demande si ils font du change,la personne qui donne le gel et prend la température me demande si j'ai mon passeport, je dis oui, elle me dit il faut une copie du passeport, je lui répond que l'agent de la banque a toujours fait une copie,elle me répond qu'il n'y a pas de photocopieur dans la banque et me bloque l'entrée; je ressors, attenf 5 minutes,cet y retourne, elle me laisse passer , je vais au guichet, là on me fait une photocopie de mon passeport avec un photocopieur qui est bien là ! Après on me fait refaire 5 fois ma signature me disant que ce n'est pas la même que sur le passeport on me demande aussi où je loge à San Cristobal ??? je ne vois pas le rapport ! Voilà mon experience, très sincèrement si la dame à l'entrée de la banque est frustrée de devoir mettre du gel toute la journée et est raciste il faut la changer ! AVIS AU RESPONSABLE DE LA BANQUE !!! Very unpleasant experience at the moment !!!!!
