Llegue en muletas y no me dieron prioridad, para servicio a cliente no había lugar y nadie me ofreció un asiento la misma experiencia en 2 de las sucursales de Playa del Carmen, un asco para gente incapacitada Terrible service!!!! El contador de turnos nunca sirve y todo el tiempo tienen un desorden con la gente. Horrible. El peor banco que puede haber en playa. Terrible service. Los cajeros no están capacitados, sobre todo para atender a clientes (mi cajero no sabía cómo depositar un cheque de caja en cuenta de cheques) si no tiene necesidad absténgase de ir a sucursal o cambie de banco. Te cobran comisiones de todo y si no estoy atenta me cobran un seguro X de 100 pesos mensuales!! a mas de 20 años de ser tarjetahabiente tendre que cambiarme. Terrible service.
