Very bad service, I took the card, I spent half an hour and they never attended to me. There were only two people waiting to be served by an "executive" ... I chose to withdraw.

The slowest branch in the world and what follows ... More than 2 hours of waiting ? The next day I went and it is 9:30 and it is still closed with a huge waiting line ... 15 min later they close again ....

Terrible service, bad attitude and zero organization !! The manager does not have a service attitude unless you are a family member or friend, because that way you can go faster, without taking turns or waiting in line !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su pagina menciona que la sucursal esta abierta de 09:00 a 16:00 y hace 2 hrs. estuve ahí y no esta abierta y todos los cajeros estaba fuera de servicio.
Their page mentions that the branch is open from 09:00 to 16:00 and 2 hours ago. I was there and it is not open and all the ATMs were out of order.
