La sucursal cuenta con un kiosko para atención simultánea a 4 clientes para contratar seguros, afore, préstamos personales, entre otros. Cuenta con 6 cajeros automáticos de los cuales 2 ofrecen operaciones de depósitos y transferencias. Hay 4 ventanillas para operaciones convencionales y 1 más para servicio al cliente. Cuenta con acceso para sillas de ruedas. La sucursal no labora en día sábado. Customer service is friendly.
