★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio pero su horario tanto aquí como en su página está mal, en banco abre a las 10 no a las 9 me hicieron llegar antes para nada
De ahí en fuera todo bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregan fichas a las 8:20 como si fuera IMSS, son malmodientos y al recibir la ficha para el horario de atención y venir en el mismo aún así se debe de estar en una fila por más de una hora
They deliver tokens at 8:20 as if it were IMSS, they are bad and when you receive the token for the opening hours and come in it, you still have to be in a line for more than an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora por la pandemia solo dan 40 turnos para atención a clientes debes de estar ahí antes de las 10:00 si eres de los que alcanzo turno te dicen a qué hora puedes regresar para que te atiendan tu turno y no estén muchas personas ahí en el banco esperando
La practicajas y atención en ventanilla sigue igual cómo antes
Siempre hay más da 4 cajeros atendiendo lo cual se agradece por que el tiempo de espera no es mucho
Un tip si llegan a cambiar monedas por billetes las monedas llévenlas sueltas por que si no les harán quitarles el tipe o con lo que las lleven acomodadas
