★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicios. No han sabido ser eficientes durante la cuarentena. Por teléfono no atienden y en sucursal te atienden después de esperar 3-4 horas en fila. De servicio a cliente te pasan a asesor ejecutivo y de ahí de vuelta todo para no lograr resolver sus errores.
Terrible services. They have failed to be efficient during quarantine. They do not answer by phone and at the branch they attend you after waiting 3-4 hours in line. From customer service they move you to executive advisor and from there back everything to fail to resolve their errors.
