Deberían tener más personal de atención a cliente. Customer service starts working later than the branch opens, very slow service leaves much to be desired, the waits can be 4 hours and it seems that the bank does not care. They should have more customer service staff.

El servicio es como todos los bancos, en ocasiones tardado. Me tocó llegar y ser atendido de inmediato en servicio al cliente incluso cuando había gente. Si sacan sus documentos por medio de banca electrónica, su número secreto y demás no hay necesidad de visitar el banco. Todo lo puedes hacer por llamada. Pero ellos te atienden de la mejor manera que está en sus manos. No tengo alguna queja. Les doy 4 estrellas por que deberían tener mas gente trabajando. So far no problem with this bank. At midnight the tellers are reset so they do not go at that time. The service is like all banks, sometimes delayed. I had to arrive and be seen immediately in customer service even when there were people. If you take out your documents by means of electronic banking, your secret number and so on, there is no need to visit the bank. You can do everything by call. But they take care of you in the best way that is in your hands. I do not have any complaints I give them 4 stars because they should have more people working.
J	Jose Benavidez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te dicen que en un momento te atienden te mandan hacer fila como 3 horas para ejecutivo y ya que estas adentro te salen los ejecutivos con que nomas están atendiendo por citas y hay muchas preferencias llegan señores sin cita y nomas charolean que son fulanos o manganos y los pasan sin tener cita pésimo servio no me vuelvo a parar por ningún banamex y mi afore ya la estoy combinando de banco Terrible service, they tell you that in a moment they take care of you they send you to queue for about 3 hours for an executive and since you are inside you get the executives with whom they are only attending for appointments and there are many preferences, gentlemen arrive without appointments and they just charolean that they are so-and-so or Manganos and they pass them without having a terrible Serbian appointment I will not stop again for any banamex and my afore I am already combining it from the bank
O	Oswaldo Ceceña on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco la atención a cliente , en otros bancos es por turnos pero aquí si no eres cliente tardan casi una hora en atender. Customer service is disgusting, in other banks it is in shifts but here if you are not a customer they take almost an hour to attend.

J	Jorge zamora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cambie a nomina banamex porque en el otro banco me cobraban de x cosa y tengo 3 dias con la cuenta y ya tengo 2 retiros que ni siquiera yo realice y la tarjeta la tengo bloqueada, que pesimo servicio en las tarjetas y lo peor de todo es que no solucionan nada por telefono... I switched to banamex payroll because the other bank charged me for x thing and I have 3 days with the account and I already have 2 withdrawals that I haven't even made and the card is blocked, what a terrible service on the cards and worst of all They don't solve anything over the phone...
