Si vas con un ejecutivo hay que marcar y sacar cita con mucha anticipación eso sí, ya que los próximos días están llenos. Si quieres pasar sin cita, lo mejor es irte bien bien temprano antes de que abran para que puedas agarrar un hueco libre y ser de los primeros en la fila. De lo contrario ve preparado para esperar un muy bueeeeen rato ya que mucha gente está llegando para atención con ejecutivos. Si vas a ventanilla no te tardas mucho, pasan rápido. The Acapulco branch and Plaza la Fe are closed. Very good service at Citadel, friendly and attentive staff. En la entrada hay 2 personas dando números de turnos, y duplicaron numeros Hay 5 ejecutivos y solo 2 atienden En mi experiencia tengo más de 2 horas aquí esperando , una de los ejecutivos estaba atendiendo al turno #14, pasaron como 40 minutos sin desocuparse, llegó una señora con el turno 13 después y la pasaron! Cuando el turno #15 ya estaba aquí esperando desde hace mucho tiempo, preferencias personales??? Hagan bien su trabajo citibanamex!!!!!!! Terrible service!!!! Sólo era una actualización de datos ....muy mal el tiempo es muy valioso, banamex no atiende bien atienden más rápido en el IMSS They write you down on a piece of paper. Llege temprano casi no habia gente pero una hora esperando para ser atendida por un ejecutivo y cuando por fin se desocupo pasaron a una sra que acababa de llegar ?voy y molesta le digo al chico que me dio el número que mejor me iba a retirar y con sarcasmo dijo... Esto es en cada vista a la sucursal y no se ve que tengan intención de mejorar. Sugiero evitar visitar esta sucursal. Terrible service in general, 2 hours to be attended by an executive, they put people who arrive with an "appointment", they start talking among the executives or doing other things without caring about the line of clients. This is at every visit to the branch and it doesn't look like they intend to improve. I suggest avoiding visiting this branch.
