★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mejor ir a los cajeros para hacer pagos que reciben dinero es mas rapido y son 24/7 por que estan fuera de la plaza, ahora ya renovado, la entrada es por afuera de la plaza en area de cajeros, pasas mas rapido que tamulte y crystal.

Nunca pueden darte dinero en efectivo . el ejecutivo me ha dicho en tres ocasiones q el servicio de valores les queda mal y no les llevan dinero. Perdón. Pero banamex sigue siendo una institución bancaria o solo sirve esta sucursal las americas para emitir saldos. Pésimo ni una sola estrella merece
I always get terrible service something is going on with this branch. They can never give you cash. The executive has told me on three occasions that the securities service looks bad on them and they don't take money. Sorry. But banamex is still a banking institution or only this branch serves las americas to issue balances. Terrible not a single star deserves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pregunté por la cuenta base y el servicio se me negó rotundamente. Se echan la culpa unos a otros. Acompañé a alguien a solicitar su Banca por Internet, el servicio es lento y te mandan a dónde no es. Todos los que ahí trabajan te atienden con pésima actitud, de muy mala gana. Una basura de sucursal, sólo por eso no me gustaría guardar mi dinero en citibanamex.
Terrible service. I asked about the base account and the service was flatly denied. They blame each other. I accompanied someone to request their Internet Banking, the service is slow and they send you where it is not. All those who work there attend you with a terrible attitude, very reluctantly.
