They never answer the calls, I have pending proceedings and there was no system the day I went, they called me the next day and they did not, I have tried to communicate with the branch without success.

S	Sattannaell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene efectivo ninguno de los 6 cajeros automáticos que tiene. Siempre hay una fila interminable (cuando tiene dinero en los ATM). En realidad no se da abasto. None of the 6 ATMs you have has no cash. There is always an endless line (when you have money at ATMs). It really can't cope.
L	LAURA CASANOVA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urge otro banco en el centro ya que es mucha la demanda y poca la oferta,deberian tomar en cuenta la atencion y el tiempo que nos hacen perder si hubiera otro banco nos ayudaria mucho y habria menos quejas y mayor seguridad ya que nos exponen afuera a los asaltos,de tanta gente que hay no cabe en la sucursal y nos tenemos que esperar afuera tanto para ventanilla como para ATM,aparte de la mala organizacion que hay con el personal.ENSERIO QUE PESIMO ESTA EL SERVICIO. Urge another bank in the center because there is a lot of demand and little supply, they should take into account the attention and time they make us lose if there was another bank would help us a lot and there would be less complaints and greater security as they expose us outside to the assaults, of so many people that there is no room in the branch and we have to wait outside for both window and ATM, apart from the bad organization that there is with the staff. W	Walter Cardona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Been 4 times in last year all to try and collect money that is rightfully mine and they still haven’t made any progress. I’ve tried to speak with their branch manager the last three times and Over the phone several times just to get an answer on where they are in the process and they just hang up or tell me they aren’t there. As soon as it’s fixed I am never doing business with this place ever again. Shouldn’t even be called a bank.
