También tuve un problema para acceder a mis servicios digitales y me ayudaron aunque el problema no fue resuelto del todo pero, la asesoría fue la correcta. hay un cajero automático en el cual no he tenido ningún problema las veces que lo he usado. En general lo recomiendo para hacer trámites o para usar el cajero. El servicio es lentísimo y se excusan diciendo que solo tienen DOS ejecutivos y UNA ventanilla abierta. Si creen que pueden tratar así a sus cuentahabientes actuales y potenciales, más les valdría cerrar esta sucursal.
