★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la atención es muy lenta me hicieron esperar mas de 3 hrs, la organización de las señoritas en la entrada es pesima pór que nos movían de fila según para agilizar a la gente y lo unico que ocacionaban era mas retrasos, ni cuenta se daban que habia gente que se queria meter en las filas y despues de todo salen con que ya no van a poder dar el servicio de la aplicación por que no tienen sistema
The attention is very slow, they made me wait more than 3 hours, the organization of the ladies at the entrance is terrible because they moved us in line according to to speed up people and the only thing they caused was more delays, they didn't even realize there were people who wanted to get into the ranks and after all come out with the fact that they will no longer be able to provide the application service because they do not have a system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para abrir una cuenta de nómina se tardaron 4 hrs. con la excusa de que no había sistema, pedí que pasaran con otra persona que lo hizo en 15 minutos y prácticamente me corrió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una porquería de atención en esta sucursal 2 horas para cancelar una tarjeta, lentos para atender y ya que iban a cerrar las señoritas de servicio clientes confabulandose con el chico de la entrada para ya no dejar pasar a la gente que llegaba pocos minutos para las cinco, varios empleados platicando muy a gusto en el área que denominan venta y mas de 20 personas esperando a ser atendidos en el área de servicio a clientes.
A crap of attention in this branch 2 hours to cancel a card, slow to attend and since they were going to close the ladies of service clients conspiring with the boy at the entrance to stop letting people who arrived a few minutes for five , several employees chatting very comfortable in the area they call sales and more than 20 people waiting to be served in the customer service area.

Me tocó el turno B019 llegue a las 12:49 me formé en la fila 1.
Tardo tanto que pensé que había elegido el ticket mal y volví a tomar otro turno el cual anexo B021 y me formo nuevamente.
Aclarando que no había gente desde que llegue a formarme ya era mi turno.
La fila normal seguía avanzando y veo que a pesar de que no había personas en la fila 1, no tocaba mi turno y yo ya seguía desde 10 minutos antes, me percató que un ejecutivo se acerca a esa ventanilla y les pide que atienda a un cliente externo para Atencion, lo cual tardó 10 minutos más !!!! La fila normal seguía avanzando.
Después de 20 minutos les hago saber mi molestia indicando que ya llevaba 23 minutos de espera y le piden a la caja Número 3 que apoye a los clientes priority ya que en la fila Ya habíamos más de 3 personas.
Tengo años llendo a esta sucursal y a pesar de que esta pésimamente calificada Banamex No hace nada por solucionar esto. Viendo las opiniones de Google al respecto de esta sucursal !!! Ven que No es un caso aislado.
On January 15 I went to this branch.
It was my turn B019 to arrive at 12:49 I trained in row 1.
It took me so long that I thought I had chosen the wrong ticket and again took another turn which annex B021 and I formed again.
Clarifying that there were no people since I became trained, it was my turn.
The normal line kept advancing and I see that although there were no people in row 1, it was not my turn and I was already following 10 minutes before, I noticed that an executive is approaching that window and asks them to attend a external customer for attention, which took 10 more minutes !!!! The normal line kept advancing.
After 20 minutes I let them know my annoyance indicating that I had already been waiting for 23 minutes and they ask the box Number 3 to support the priority customers since in the row We already had more than 3 people.
I have been going to this branch for years and although Banamex is poorly qualified, it does nothing to solve this. Seeing Google's opinions about this branch !!! See that it is not an isolated case.

Tan solo para recoger una tarjeta son casi tres horas de espera, los cajeros siempre sucios y sin dinero, sin mencionar la practicaja que por “dificultades técnicas” no pudo procesar mi depósito y se tragó mi dinero, y los empleados por supuesto “no podemos hacer nada” haga su reclamo y en tres meses le diremos que no procedió.
