★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Las personas muy mal capacitadas. Hace 3 meses hice un pago al extranjero (Canadá), llegué a Canadá y no recibieron el pago. Perdí el tipo de cambio, la comisión y mi tiempo. 3 horas para hacer un pago internacional, regrese exclusivamente a Mexico para resolver esto y aun así no pueden solucionarlo. El personal no tiene la culpa, es culpa del banco de no brindar buena capacitación y más personal, solo hay una sola persona y la fila se hizo a las de 3 horas.
NO HAGAN PAGOS INTERNACIONALES.
Perdieron a un cliente que jamás regresará...
Terrible service. Very poorly trained people. 3 months ago I made a payment abroad (Canada), I arrived in Canada and they did not receive the payment. I lost the exchange rate, the commission and my time. 3 hours to make an international payment, return exclusively to Mexico to resolve this and still cannot solve it. The staff is not to blame, it is the bank's fault for not providing good training and more staff, there is only one person and the line was made at 3 hours.
DO NOT MAKE INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS.
They lost a client who will never return ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay tres módulos de servicios al cliente y solo una persona está atendiendo. Estamos 4 clientes esperando que nos atienda. Lo peor de todo es que los otro dos módulos si hay personal del banco pero no atiende a los clientes.
There are three customer service modules and only one person is serving. We are 4 clients waiting for you to attend us. The worst of all is that the other two modules if there are bank personnel but they do not serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya está remodelada la sucursal citibanamex pero siempre hay filas por lo visto espera afuera a la gente que va tanto al banco como a los cajeros, estos son 24 horas pero durante el fin de semana siempre hay gente haciendo fila y son solo 2 cajeros, la sucursal esta muy bien ordenada, limpia y cumple con protocolos contra covid
The Citibanamex branch is already remodeled but there are always lines apparently waiting outside for people who go to both the bank and the ATMs, these are 24 hours but during the weekend there are always people queuing and there are only 2 ATMs, the branch is very well organized, clean and complies with protocols against covid
