Están con las medidas correspondientes al Covid y pues los sillones son cómodos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en esta sucursal de 20 de Noviembre. Llegue a las 2:45pm y me antendieron hasta las 3:50 y solo para perder el tiempo diciendo q no habia plasticos. Se supone q te deben de decir en la entrada los q estan atendiendo, nos hubieran dicho desde q se entra para poder ir a la otra sucursal.. pero no. Aaa no solo eso, solo habia dos ejecutivos y ya habia como 10 gentes esperando. Para q salgan con sus jaladas.
Very bad service in this branch of November 20. I arrived at 2:45 pm and they preached me until 3:50 and only to waste time saying that there were no plastics. They are supposed to tell you at the entrance what they are attending, they would have told us since they entered to be able to go to the other branch ... but no. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo entiendo que no es mi banco y tuve que asistir a esta sucursal para hacer un deposito del pago de una colegiatura de cuenta Banamex, se me hace una COMPLETA FALTA DE RESPETO que por el hecho de ser externo tu turno avance a razón de 1 turno externo por cada 12 internos, esperando más de 2 horas para que me pudieran atender y atendiendo a más 50 personas (muchas que llegaron después de mi), es triste que en pleno 2021 muestren esas actitudes CLASISTAS y no respeten el tiempo de los clientes, que triste banco me da pena por ellos..
