Pésimo... Me dieron de alta el netkey móvil y cuando lo quiero usar no jala. Me dicen que tengo que ir de nuevo a atención a cliente... Cómo si fuera mi culpa ahora hay que exponerse otra vez al Coronavirus y perder media mañana

El servicio de atención es bueno, solo que la cantidad de gente que viene a esta sucursal es mucha y los tramites se hacen lentos debido que reducieron la cantidad de ventanillas, en ocasiones nos tardamos hasta dos horas en la fila para llegar a servicio al cliente y para el área de cajas también ...

Yo soy de otra cuidad y este es el tercer banamaex en donde te atienden mal, te dan largas y les contesta lo que les conviene , si quieren hacer trámites graben lo que les dicen porque te dicen necesitas ciertos papeles los traes y que no que ahora son otros y uno hasta tiempo y dinero y se excusan, se requiere mejor capacitación para el personal y se supone tienen carrera pero no saben atender a la gente y tienen poco tacto.ñ, pero a la hora de ofrecerte su afore ahí si no te ponen pretextos.

Pésima atención, filas lentas, el ejecutivo explica una cosa y después otra completamente diferente. El peor banco en todas sus sucursales.

Le doy 1 por que no hay menos el servicio de la chi@*$&% tengo hora y media haciendo fila y solo pasan a servicio a los que sacan de la fila por que van a contratar su afore que para acabarla también es un mugrero el gerente y subgerente prepotente que al primer reclamo le hablan a un intento de guardia armado que tienen dentro de la sucursal para que intimide a los clientes. Se entiende que por la contingencia el servicio sea algo más complicado pero esto es demasiado cabe mencionar que este reporte lo hago desde la fila ya paso más de hora y media y siguen sin dar servicio MUGRERO TOTAL solo por que no me es posible cambiar mi banco de lo contrario ya lo hubiera hecho

PÉSIMO, horrible el servicio. Te tienen esperando horas bajo el sol y solamente te dan oportunidad de pasar antes con los ejecutivos si afilias tu afore con ellos (y aun y con esa preferencia se tardan HORAS en atenderte). Aconsejo acudir a esta sucursal llevando absolutamente TODO el documento que puedan, porque por solo no tener el acta de nacimiento hasta de la bisabuela no te dan chance de continuar con los trámites correspondientes, yo nada más iba a que me activaran la aplicación pedorra de bancanet y por tener una cuenta secundaria de hace años no me quisieron dar de alta en la app. 3 horas de mi vida desperdiciadas en esa estúpida sucursal. Si pueden evitar acudir, mucho mejor.
AWFUL, horrible service. They have you waiting for hours under the sun and they only give you the opportunity to spend earlier with the executives if you affiliate your afore with them (and even with that preference they take HOURS to assist you). I advise you to go to this branch carrying absolutely EVERY document you can, because just because you do not have the birth certificate even of the great-grandmother, they do not give you the chance to continue with the corresponding procedures, I was just going to activate the bancanet fart application And because I had a secondary account from years ago, they did not want to register me in the app. 3 hours of my life wasted in that stupid branch. If they can avoid going, so much the better.

Estáaa fatal su sistema,es una porkeria,lentisismos a más no poder,me llevo 5hrs para un trámite sencillo de vigencia vencida de tarjeta de débito..un solo ejecutivo para atender todo una fila de 25 personas.
