★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible logística. Estuve afuera por media hora y ni una sola persona entró a ventanilla o servicio al cliente. Nadie de las ejecutivas les interesaba asegurar que la gente esté en la fila adecuada.
Terrible logistics. I was out for half an hour and not a single person came to the window or customer service. None of the executives were interested in ensuring that people are in the right line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal, casi 3 horas formado para pasar con ejecutivo y la peor atencion por parte del personal. Preferible cualquier otro banco, ni banorte tiene tan mala atención y por eso BBVA se los lleva al baile
The worst branch, almost 3 hours trained to spend with an executive and the worst attention from the staff. Any other bank is preferable, neither banorte has such bad attention and that is why BBVA takes them to the dance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy en la sucursal hoy 25 de marzo y los cajeros no están en funcionamiento( ninguno) y la atención de los empleados es pésima, la verdad prefiero ir a otra sucursal aún que sea más lejos a tener que regresar aquí.
