★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularmente es un servicio de Banco muy lento, ya rebasaron su capacidad y casi siempre atienden a través de una unifila a los clientes, cuando se supone tienen los tickets de turno. No se dan a basto. Cuando das de alta una tarjeta de crédito. Te hacen llamar para realizar la cancelación y nunca responden. Tendrán que ponerse la pila en cuanto al servicio para que la gente no opte por cambiarse de Banco.

They are not enough. When you register a credit card. They make you call to make the cancellation and never respond.
