★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En afore el señor de atención al cliente siempre de mal humor, no se le puede hacer una observación de algún detalle de la cuenta de afore porque se molesta y contesta de mala gana, tardan mucho en atener de una a dos horas, los ejecutivos les pregunta algo y contesta a medias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomé un turno impreso y después tuve que hacer una fila de pie para llegar ala ventanilla. Hay sillas pero nadie se sienta porque hay que hacer dicha fila.
No me queda claro que uso o ventaja tiene tomar un turno en la entrada.
Bonita vista y amplias instalaciones!
I took a printed shift and then had to stand in line to get to the window. There are chairs but no one sits because you have to make that line.
It is not clear to me what use or advantage it has to take a turn at the entrance.
Nice view and extensive facilities!
