★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Es la única sucursal en la región. Pensando que no es solo la población de Puerto Vallarta sino también la de Nuevo Vallarta Nayarit. Espere 3 horas para una constancia. solo hay 1 ejecutivo atendiendo y 2 señoritas que desconozco que función desempeñan. BANAMEX!!!! nunca había tenido tan horrible experiencia en ninguna sucursal, ocupense en mejorar el servicio.
Terrible service. It is the only branch in the region. Thinking that it is not only the population of Puerto Vallarta but also that of Nuevo Vallarta Nayarit. Wait 3 hours for a record. There is only 1 executive attending and 2 ladies who do not know what role they play. BANAMEX!!!! I have never had such a horrible experience in any branch, take care to improve the service.
