★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio , te dejan esperando horas y las cajeras mal encaradas , el gerente grosero , ya no estén con Citibanamex vayanse a otro banco donde sepan valorar a los clientes .

Las personas pueden ser amables cuando sacas tu tarjeta pero la app super lenta, haces depósitos o transferencias se tardan más de 18 hrs en hacer trasferencias y más cosas, etc, es obligatorio hacer 6 o más compras al mes para no cobrarte un impuesto. No la recomiendo y además cobran por todo, en otros bancos te dan muchas fasilidades sin tanto interés o aveces no te cobran ni intereses, cosas que si cobra este banco y en algunos bancos no te ponen un rango de compras.

Y solo atienen sacando fichas, como si estuviéramos en el seguro social. Aparte de sus fichas el trato de la señora de la entrada es nefasto como todo el servicio que ofrecen como banco, que no se les olvide que están brindando un servicio que sus clientes pagan no nos están haciendo un favor. El personal es amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que asco de servicio como es posible que tengas que ir a las 9 de la mañana a recibir ficha como el seguro social haber si alcanzas y que se tarden 40 min por cada cliente, la niña que recibe según hostess que no tiene nada de hostes por el aspecto que tiene ? que hasta se moleste por que no te atenderán y punto hasta después de las 2 pm sabiendo que llegue a las 11 am. Deberían desde un principio poner comunicados de que ya es a huevo con cita no tenían ni 15 personas adentro. Cambien a su personal y si no tienen ganas de trabajar hay gente si tiene la actitud de las ganas de trabajar.
