Mejor ir a otra sucursal.
Bad attention. They do not respect Priority shifts. ATMs take a long time. It seems that there is no management.
Better go to another branch.

Zero attention to customers leave you waiting forever and everything so that they can not solve your doubts as well as what there is very little staff attending when it is one of the branches with the most demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal necesita capacitación. Mi esposo quería cobrar unas incapacidades y no supieron que hacer ante eso. Fue a la Sucursal de Tollocan, se lo resolvieron rápidamente, sin tantas vueltas.
Staff need training. My husband wanted to collect some disability and they did not know what to do about that. He went to the Tollocan Branch, they solved it quickly, without so many rounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es común la confusión al momento de solicitar un turno para el Servicio al Cliente y mirar la pantalla de secuencia, debido a que no avanza conforme atienden a las personas. Si obtienes un turno superior a los 20 lugares, no te asustes, seguramente el turno que están atendiendo está muy próximo al tuyo.
It is common to be confused when requesting a shift for Customer Service and looking at the sequence screen, because it does not progress as they serve people. If you get a turn greater than 20 places, don't panic, surely the turn they are attending is very close to yours.

This executive is lousy and favors her clients without taking into account those who have been waiting for the longest time, but she would never return to this branch. Terrible service.
