★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy tres estrellas más que nada porque no hay guardias y en ocasiones a fuera se estacionan tipos sospechosos que observan mientras uno esta ahí. Y las tipas que trabajan en fabricas cobran ahí y pareciera que te quieren golpear,te miran burlonas pues se sientan en la banqueta.
I give it three stars more than anything because there are no guards and sometimes suspicious guys park outside and watch while you are there. And the women who work in factories get paid there and it seems like they want to hit you, they look at you mockingly as they sit on the sidewalk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este banco es de los lugares que te ponen de malas, por que siempre los empleados parecen que hacen el trabajo de gratis, el trato es siempre de mal modo.
Esa vez en la puerta habia un empleado del banco y le dijo a la señora con tono elevado
Pero que va hacer señora ?
Pero ya tiene la tarjeta no? Entonces que quiere! Y esa misma persona paso con una asesora de ventas en vez de auxiliar a un adulto mayor dijo:
-pongale 4 numero que se acuerde...no señora son 4 dígitos, mejor dejelo asi! Si no sabe mejor asi dejelo la va a bloquear mejor pase a ventanillas.
Cual es la ayuda ? El que no estemos familiarizados con un banco no les da el derecho de tratarnos asi y menos a los clientes a levantar la voz.
Nunca quieren darse el tiempo de explicar y los gerentes? Alguien que les digan que por ser trabajadores de un banco no les dan el derecho a ser tratados asi. Ojala y mejoren ese servicio de empleados o pongan a uno solo en servicio al cliente por que los demás son unos groseros y nefastos

What is the help? The fact that we are not familiar with a bank does not give them the right to treat us like that and less so to clients to raise their voices.
Never want to take the time to explain and managers? Someone who tells them that because they are bank workers they do not give them the right to be treated like that. Hopefully and improve that employee service or put just one in customer service because the others are rude and nefarious
