★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio siempre hay mucha gente y solo un ejecutivo y el personal es grosero, puedes tardar hasta 4 horas en que te atiendan y te atienden de mala gana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente los ejecutivos aún parecen no estar tan integrados con los asistentes digitales, pues fui a solicitar una TDC y el ejecutivo me pidió que ¡volviera más tarde, pues no encontraba el formato en su computadora y se iba a tardar! Le pedí que se asistiera con algún compañero pero no accedió. Necesitan mejorar su organización con estos nuevos sistemas digitales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La velocidad de las cajas es suficientemente rápida, pero la espera para un asesor es todo lo contrario como el lugar es tan pequeño y esto de la sana distancia simplemente toma horas. Es mejor ir entre semana y horarios tranquilos
The speed of the checkout is fast enough, but the wait for an advisor is the opposite as the place is so small and this healthy distance thing just takes hours. It is better to go during the week and quiet hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edifico está bien, sus elevadores son automatizados, diferentes colores en cada piso y tiene la ventaja de que está la plaza en la parte baja, por lo que si necesitas comprar algo, tienes varias opciones en locales.
El único pero es su servicio de recepción. Es el peor que nunca jamás haya visto en serio, es súper ineficiente. Así que si tienes alguna junta o cita en la mañana es mejor que llegues con una hora de anticipación como mínimo y también estar súper seguro de quién y que ya haya mandado tu pase de acceso, no querrás estar formado una hora y que al final te digan que no tienes pase y te nieguen el acceso.

The only but is their reception service. It's the worst I've ever seen seriously, it's super inefficient.
