★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio fui hace 15 días a solicitar una tarjeta de nomina por parte de la empresa pedí requisitos y me pide ine comento ala ejecutiva no la tengo esta en tramite me pide pasaporte lo tuve q tramitar por más rápido volví asistir a este banco le digo traigo pasaporte como identificación y me dice es q necesito identificación con foto osea si vine hace 15 y le dije no la tengo me pediste pasaporte y ahora q lo traigo me la sigues pidiendo pues a q estamos jugando me pide licencia eso no es un documento oficial quiere con foto tengo cartilla militar y ni así dicen una cosa y luego ya lo tienes y dicen otra. Siendo q en su portal se acepta pasaporte como identificación oficial
Bad service I went 15 days ago to request a payroll card from the company I asked for requirements and I asked the executive not comment I have this in process I asked for a passport I had to process it for faster I went back to this bank I say traigo passport as identification and tell me I need a photo ID if I came 15 ago and I said I have not asked for a passport and now I bring it to me you keep asking for it because we are playing license asks me that is not an official document wants with I have a military primer and even say one thing and then you have it and say another. Being in your portal is accepted passport as official identification
