★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vais toujours à cette banque pour échanger mon argent canadienne pour des pesos avec mon passeport , très bon service pour les touristes. C'est la seule banque (Banamex) qui prenne notre argent canadienne . J'y vais encore cette hiver 2019.
I always go to this bank to exchange my Canadian money for pesos with my passport, very good service for tourists. It is the only bank (Banamex) that takes our Canadian money. I'm going again this winter 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Pésimo servicio! Aunque no esperaba nada del banco con la peor atención a clientes, lograron decepcionarme. Ineficiencia total. "Errores de sistema". Filas que salen del banco y dos cajas funcionando. Cobros sorpresa. En fin, todo mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente es una sucursal muy rápida para atender a los clientes, aunque haya mucha gente la espera no es tanta, las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias, tienen servicio de cajero automático para pago y para retiro de efectivo las 24 horas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son rápidos y atentos, pero pudieron muchas trabas para cancelar una tarjeta adicional. Al final me fui del banco sin poder cancelar la tarjeta. Banamex está fallando mucho en su lógica, incluso tramites que se deberían de poder hacer en línea te mandan directamente al banco. Muy mala logística.
They are fast and attentive, but they had many obstacles to cancel an additional card. In the end I left the bank without being able to cancel the card. Banamex is failing a lot in its logic, even procedures that should be done online send you directly to the bank. Very bad logistics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this CitiBanamex branch two weeks ago. Monday was a busy day at the bank. The professional at the entrance was very helpful. We waited for over an hour and finally got to work with Efrain, a very experienced banker, very well English-spoken. He helped me set up the account and answered all my questions. We truly appreciated it!!
