★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención. No fueron capaces de abrirme una cuenta que porque mi número de cliente estaba bloqueado. Fui con el gerente a decirle y ya no me dejaron ir a atención a cliente. Lo que hice fue ir a otra sucursal y sin problema me atendieron.
 Bad attention. They were not able to open an account for me because my customer number was blocked. I went with the manager to tell him and they no longer let me go to customer service. What I did was go to another branch and without problem they attended me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre semana (miércoles y jueves), se encuentra despejado, el personal dividido la mitad excelente servicio y atención pero la otra mitad no te resuelven nada y son mal encarados.
Weekdays (Wednesday and Thursday) is clear, the staff divided the excellent service and attention half but the other half do not solve anything and are poorly addressed.

Llegué a las 10:35 a.m. y como siempre, no hay sistema.
En la entrada de Banamex dos personas te abordan preguntándote qué trámite vas a hacer, aquí lo más grave es que ni siquiera traen un gafete ¿Cómo saber que no son delincuentes?
Sí trabajo en una institución bancaria debo de traer mi gafete. No son vendedores ambulantes ni pepenadores.
Tuve que esperar hasta las 12:45 PM para que se me atendiera.
Es una pésima organización ya que algunos que llegan después de ti pasan primero y hasta sin presentar su turno impreso.
Cómo es posible que el o la gerente no atienda esos detalles, de que hay gente que no es atendida por más de una hora.
Es una vergüenza que tarde uno mucho menos en ser atendido en una institución de gobierno que en este banco.
Definitivamente no recomiendo este banco. Mucha pérdida de tiempo y pésima organización.
Ahora mismo cambio mi AFORE a BANORTE.
Que den gracias a dios que no soy su gerente para poner orden ahí.
lousy attention
I arrived at 10:35 am. and as always, there is no system.
At the entrance of Banamex two people approach you asking you what procedure you are going to do, here the most serious thing is that they do not even have a badge. How do you know that they are not criminals?
If I work in a banking institution, I must bring my badge. They are not street vendors or pickers.
I had to wait until 12:45 PM to be seen.
It is a terrible organization since some who arrive after you go first and even without presenting their printed turn.
How is it possible that the manager does not attend to those details, that there are people who are not attended to for more than an hour.
It is a shame that it takes much less time to be attended to in a government institution than in this bank.
I definitely do not recommend this bank. Lots of waste of time and poor organization.
Right now I change my AFORE to BANORTE.
Thank God I'm not their manager to put order there.
