★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando pienso que Banamex ya me ha decepcionado lo suficiente siempre logra superarse. No hay ejecutivos que resuelvan ni en sucursal ni en línea. Cualquier trámite en sucursal te lleva más de 3 horas, es increíble tanta ineficiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Tardas horas en la fila y el trámite que hice no lo tienen porque no se leían las copias de los documentos entregados, pero resulta que nunca entregué ningún documento, sólo presenté el INE y llené la solicitud, y la copias... las sacaron ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El local fue remodelado recientemente, hay unas mesas al centro con la cual puedes hablar con una persona que te asiste, al lado izquierdo están los cajeros automáticos, ojo, durante el día no sé puede usar la puerta de los cajeros, se necesita entrar por la puerta principal, al fondo están las ventanillas y al lado derecho están las salas para los clientes premier. Por lo general son rápidos en atender.
Lo malo: para servicio al cliente solo hay dos ventanillas disponibles y cada persona se tarda mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mi la mejor atención al cliente que se pueda ofrecer ya que las veces que he asistido en realidad si hay gente y ahora hay que hacer un poco de fila pero en realidad su atención hace que la fila avance muy rápido y en cuando entras y tiene algún tipo de pregunta de tu cuenta bancaria ellos te ayudarán y en cuanto a mi me tuvieron paciencia ? y me lograron resolver las dudas que he tenido sobre un problema y me lo solucionaron así que en cuanto atención en las visitas que he tenido no falta y espero que sigan así y mejoren ?
