Muy mal servicio que me han proporcionado con mi aclaración! Tengo más de 1 mes sin poder usar mi tarjeta todo por la culpa de su incompetencia.

Son unos prepotentes en esta sucursal, no te atienden bien y tampoco te pagan las incapacidades del IMSS, si vas por incapacidades te sugiero ir a otro lado, porq aquí te van a batear y si eres cliente mejor ya no lo seas.

Mucha incompetencia, el personal es prepotente se sienten los dueños de Banamex, vienen abriendo pasadas las 10 por estar almorzando, necesitan personal que le guste su trabajo

pésimo servicio, nunca me pudieron solucionar mi problema, el banco bloqueo mi cuenta debido a una transferencia que se realizo, pero al no poder realizar transacción alguna fui a la sucursal de plaza sendero, donde llegue a la 2 de la tarde y salí hasta las 5:45 sin darme solución, primeramente me manejaron que podía retira en caja, al darse cuenta que no se podía me mandaron a atención a clientes, me dijeron que era el plástico siendo esto falso, luego me atendió la gerente y me dijo que era por falta de actualización siendo también falso, total no me solucionaron nada, y cuando al fin me contestaron en el teléfono que viene en la misma tarjeta, en 5 minutos me lo solucionaron, lo malo aquí, es que nadie informa el porque esta bloqueada y nadie te da informes de adonde dirigirte, malo, pero muy malo el servicio, les falta capacitación y mientras me genero mas gastos que el único que sale pagando es el cliente, y no es un banco patito como BanCoppel o banco azteca, cobran muy bien por prestar nuestro dinero.

Increíblemente ineficiente esta sucursal. Sólo había un ejecutivo y una fila de 10 personas, en casi 2 horas avanzaron 4 clientes, una burla que con un espacio tan grande haya tan poco personal si la sucursal se encuentra en una plaza y es muy concurrida. ARRIBA MI BBVA.
