★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te dan turno y no te comentan que tienen una fila para una sola operación en la cual te atienden en 20 min, pero si esperas el turno llevas a estar una hora y media, pésimos, por eso son el banco mediocre de México, le comentas al personal y solo te dicen se me pasó decirle pues si quiere fórmese

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio a cliente. Nunca he ido sin que tenga que esperar menos de hora y media. Su personal es muy lento y no resuelve mucho. Te ponen muchos peros y solicitan muchas cosas. Si pueden ir a otra sucursal recomiendo que lo hagan. Esta es PESIMA
