On the page it mentions that on Saturdays it is open and it is not, they should change that reference in order to avoid people coming to waste time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve 1 hora 45 minutos y eso que llege a primera hora de la mañana. Despues de esperar me atendieron y ohh sorpresa, no podian renovar mi tarjeta porque no habia sistema. Me dijeron que regresara otro dia. En total dos horas y media perdidas. El servicio al cliente es pesimo
I was 1 hour 45 minutes and that I arrived first thing in the morning. After waiting they treated me and ohh surprise, they could not renew my card because there was no system. They told me to come back another day. In total two and a half hours lost. Customer service is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala cordinacion,te asen esperar demasiado , rompen protocolos de sana distancia ,personal nomás platicando de que van almorzar de 5 ejecutivos solo 2 atendiendo clientes y seleccionados como si tuvieran cita brincando a toda la fila la supervisora en la entrada toda una prepotente y ablando por los demás no todos los bancos son iguales hay gente buena y empática para atender. Pero el karma existe para todos.
Very bad coordination, they make you wait too long, they break protocols of healthy distance, staff just talking that 5 executives are going to have lunch, only 2 serving clients and selected as if they had an appointment, the supervisor jumping all over the line at the entrance, all arrogant and speaking For the rest, not all banks are the same, there are good and empathetic people to serve. But karma exists for everyone.
