 The worst Customer Service takes almost an hour per person, they attend faster in the insurance. The girl at the window stops every time she will have hemorrhoids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A las empleadas (eje 24, Atn.clientes y los que reparten los turnos ) les importa un cake que te hayan brincado en el turno y que lleves horas esperando. Fui a comentarles y después de una explicación que solo ellas conoce y entienden se dan la vuelta y te dejan parado sin mas como si no existieras.
The employees (axis 24, Atn. Customers and those who distribute the shifts) care about a cake that they have jumped on your shift and that you have been waiting for hours. I went to tell them and after an explanation that only they know and understand, they turn around and just leave you standing as if you didn't exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se vale que los bancos estén sin servicio hay gente que no tienen modo de desplazarse a diferentes bancos sobretodo los de la tercera edad por lo menos que les den servicio a ellos los que están cerrados .
It is not worth that the banks are without service there are people who have no way of going to different banks, especially the elderly, unless those that are closed give service to them.

Luego te atienden mal y no respetan los supuestos acuerdos que un rep en línea me había dado. Una experiencia nefasta como siempre con este banco.
Super late. Her turn-based display doesn't work today, and the one she names (Susana) has a super low tone. Not heard. With the dozens of people there. Then they treat you badly and they don't respect the supposed agreements that an online rep had given me. A disastrous experience as always with this bank.
