★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, como cualquier banamex te tardan mucho en atender y a veces hay personas que van llegando y los ejecutivos las atienden enseguida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El estacionamiento queda a la vuelta de la calle y no hay señalamientos que te lo indiquen, por otro lado en la sucursal no hay alguien que reciba o de los turnos, y siempre está saturado de personas, el personal atiende muy lento.
The parking lot is around the street and there are no signs to tell you. On the other hand, there is no one at the branch to receive or take turns, and it is always full of people, the staff attend very slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicios financieros Banamex,es la única sucursal que se encuentra en la zona , por lo regular sus cajeros automáticos están funcionando en turnos , el servicio al interior en cajas es rápido, la atención para aclaraciones es personalizada y por lo tanto es un poquito desesperante tener paciencia en el tiempo de espera, la app digital no es amable ( siempre require actualización, tiene funciones limitantes y si se presenta una eventualidad se debe volver a reinstalar con la ayuda de un asesor previo un reporte via teléfono) en días de pago a pensionados tienen mal procedimiento no benefician a los cuentabientes los tienen formados en espera afuera de la sucursal
Financial services Banamex is the only branch in the area, its ATMs are usually working in shifts, the service inside the boxes is fast, the attention for clarifications is personalized and therefore it is a little desperate to have patience in the waiting time, the digital app is not friendly (it always requires updating, has limiting functions and if an eventuality arises, it must be reinstalled with the help of an advisor prior to a report via telephone) on pensioner pay days they have a bad procedure they do not benefit the account holders they have them waiting outside the branch
