★ ★ ★ ★ ★ creo que dan mal servucio porque llegas y agarras tu numero pero las que atienden gerecioa y creditos yse brincan alas personas y te dan la escusa de que piras tu numero de turno em la pantalla y te disen que le pico pir error
I think they give bad service because you arrive and grab your number but the ones that serve management and credits and jump on people and give you the excuse that you turn your shift number on the screen and they tell you that it spikes the error

No se puede -5 que es lo que merece está sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tardado llevo 40 minutos para hacer solo una activación de netkey y nada lo peor de todo es que de nada sirve tener turno para que te atiendan si pasan meten a la gente antes que uno y aunque tengas turno con un ejecutivo la gente se mete como si nada y las ejecutivas ni siquiera verifican si les toca pasar. No les recomiendo venir a este banco, de nada sirve que tengan un gerente sino está en su lugar para quejarse.
Super slow, it took me 40 minutes to do just one activation of netkey and nothing. The worst of all is that it is useless to have a turn so that they attend to you. If they pass, they put people in before you do, and even if you have a turn with an executive, people get in like if nothing and the executives do not even verify if it is their turn to pass. I do not recommend coming to this bank, it is useless to have a manager if he is not there to complain.
