Y por 2nda vez el cajero se quedó con mi dinero, hasta hoy sin respuesta.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí a la sucursal Flamingos Bucerías estaba cerrada , un pequeñito anuncio en la puerta decía cerrada causa Covid...sin embargo todos los demás bancos están operando .
Porqué no envían aviso a los cuentahabientes del cierre??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y pésima forma de trabajar la señorita de la entrada no tienen ni idea de cómo dar repuesta ni solucionar tus necesidades como cliente de Banamex, que lastima que tengan personal tan negligente como su “supervisor” realmente 3 veces que vengo a este lugar y 3 veces la misma situación, pensé que era mi suerte!!! Pero comprobado que la mala atención es de parte de esta sucursal. Mil veces recomiendo vayan a Nuevo Vallarta otro nivel de atención. Nada que ver con sus compañeros de esta sucursal.
Terrible service and terrible way of working the lady at the entrance have no idea how to respond or solve your needs as a Banamex customer, which hurts that they have personnel as negligent as their "supervisor" really 3 times that I come to this place and 3 times the same situation, I thought it was my luck !!!
