★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio , para nada tienen orden y los ejecutivos te tratan bien solo si quieres asociarte si no soy muy irrespetuosos ,pesimo para hacer un tramite tienen 1 sola caja solo para la gente q no esta asociada , es muy preferible ir a otro banco como bbva bancomer del cosmopol y mas rapido y un servicio mas atento y mas ordenados!.
Very bad service, they have no order at all and the executives treat you well only if you want to join if I am not very disrespectful, very bad to do a procedure they have only one box only for people who are not associated, it is very preferable to go to another bank like bbva Bancomer del cosmopol and faster and a more attentive and more organized service !.

Hasta un señor que esperaba turno se puso muy enojado por esta situación y hasta reclamo y la gerente solo lo veía en forma despectiva y burlona, mala actitud profesional de la institución
