Tardan demasiado y son muy mal educados. No respetan ni aunque te den un boleto con número para atenderte. Atienden como se les de la gana aunque hayas llegado antes.

En especial las ejecutivos para aperturar cuentas (mod 8 y 10), Tres horas esperando a q me atiendan y no saben dar una respuesta. Pase de Servicio en Servicio y nadie me supo dar un seguimiento rápido. Para q al ultimo me nieguen el servicio de entrega de tarjeta.

Lamentable que una empresa de ese nombre tenga una sucursal así.
