★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el dia de hoy (28-Dic-2020) y estaba cerrado. Marco a la linea telefonica preguntando por una sucursal abierta cerca de ahi. Despues de 20 minutos en la linea me contestan y me dicen que ESA SUCURSAL ESTA ABIERTA!!! Pregunto por alguna otra y pido el telefono de esa otra, para no dar la vuelta en vano, y me dicen que no tienen esa informacion, solo la direccion. Que alguen me explique!!!
 I went today (Dec 28, 2020) and it was closed. I dial the phone line asking for an open branch near there. After 20 minutes on the line they answer me and tell me that THAT BRANCH IS OPEN !!! I ask for someone else and ask for the phone number of that other, so as not to turn around in vain, and they tell me that they don't have that information, only the address. Let someone explain to me !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta este banco en específico, un joven sale y te pregunta que transacción vas a hacer y hace que la fila se mueva rápido. Ya adentro es como todos, te tardas para hacer cualquier operación por más rápida que ésta pareciera ser.
I like this specific bank, a young man comes out and asks you what transaction you are going to make and makes the line move fast. Inside, it's like everyone else, it takes you time to do any operation, no matter how fast it seems to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio una sola fila súper larga para trámite de atención a cliente y ventanilla, después de esa fila llevo más de 2 horas esperando para aperturar cuenta de ahorro, se tardan demaciado y no resuelven nada, mucha gente sin hacer nada
Terrible service, a single super long line for customer service and window processing, after that line I have been waiting for more than 2 hours to open a savings account, they take too long and do not solve anything, many people do nothing
