★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal no la he usado. Los cajeros si que los he usado y nunva he tenido problemas. Nunca he he hecho largas filas siempre me ha entregado mi dinero. Referente al estacionamiento es compartido no sólo es de la sucursal dejen de satanizar al Banco, mejor aprendan a usar los servicios antes de quejarse de cosas absurdas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es súper lento, hay que hacer fila tan solo para entrar el banco para cada trámite, no hay cajeros habilitados. Además el servicio al cliente tardan 40 min o más por persona para entregarnos tdc.
Tratas de hablar con la gerente y sólo te dice que solicitará apoyo (eso dice cada vez que vengo).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ver, son tantas las cosas mal esta sucursal que no se por donde comenzar. He ido 5 veces y aún no puedo ni siquiera activar el App en mi cell. Son LENTOS, mal educados. El peor servicio al cliente que he visto en cualquier banco. Ni siquiera he podido cerrar la cuenta porque siempre piden cosas nuevas para impedirlo. Estoy sacando mi dinero por cajero poco a poco y NUNCA MÁS. Una estrella es mucho si pudiera le daría calificación negativa. Huyan mientras puedan!!

The worst customer service I have seen in any bank. I have not even been able to close the account because they always ask for new things to prevent it.
