★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve una hora esperando pasar con ejecutivo, justo cuando me tocaba una hora llega una señora una hora mas tarde que yo y la pasan al mismo tramite y no le dieron turno. NO HAY RESETO POR EL TIEMPO DE LAS PERSONAS.
I was waiting for an hour to meet with an executive, just when it was my turn, a lady arrives an hour later than me and they pass her to the same process and they didn't give her a turn. THERE IS NO RESET FOR THE TIME OF THE PEOPLE.
