★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnifico servicio en verdad, atencion muy eficiente y efectiva. El tiempo podria considerarse algo extenso pero es por el tema de medidas covid. Aun asi con gusto espero si me solucionan mis problemas. En verdad solucionaron 4 problemas que tenia en tan solo 45 minutos y con un servicio admirable por parte del ejecutivo de cuenta Angel. Nada que ver con otras sucursales aqui si saben hacer su trabajo. 100% recomendable asistir a esta sucursal.
Magnificent service indeed, very efficient and effective attention. The time could be considered somewhat extensive but it is due to the issue of covid measures. Even so, I gladly hope if they solve my problems. They actually solved 4 problems I had in just 45 minutes and with an admirable service from account executive Angel. Nothing to do with other branches here if they know how to do their job. 100% recommended to attend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchisimo tiempo de espera para pasar a ventanilla si no perteneces a su cartera de clientes, cambiaron su sistema de asignar turnos y tienes que esperar a que no exista nadie en el banco para poder pasar.
Le comentas al gerente que vienes a realizar transacciones de un cliente banamex y super nefasto te dice ..... ¡pero tu no eres el cliente!
Ni ganas de serlo.
