★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, son muy buenos para venderte un seguro para automóvil pero sorpresa, fui a esta sucursal a cancelarlo directamente con Raúl Javier Velez Serna y me atendió bien y le dio inicio a la cancelación pidiendo ayuda al Sr Jaime Eduardo Camarillo Castillo (este muy déspota por cierto) en el escritorio de al lado, pasa el mes y pum que me cobran de nuevo. Voy a ver que paso y ya no pueden devolver el dinero no se puede cancelar, hable con el Sr Gerente Christian Leos Ibarra y me recomendó que buscara al nuevo dueño de mi carro para que yo se lo venda y le cobre a el. Ineptitud al 100% y abuso departe del Banco echándole la culpa al sistema automático
 Terrible customer service, they are very good at selling you car insurance but surprise, I went to this branch to cancel it directly with Raúl Javier Velez Serna and he took good care of me and started the cancellation asking for help from Mr. Jaime Eduardo Camarillo Castillo (this very despot by the way) on the next desk, the month goes by and boom they charge me again. I'm going to see what happened and they can no longer return the money, it cannot be canceled, I spoke with Mr. Manager Christian Leos Ibarra and he recommended that I look for the new owner of my car so that I can sell it and charge him. 100% ineptitude and abuse on the part of the Bank blaming the automatic system
