★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atender y no tienen material. Yo fui por una reposición de mo tarjeta y tardaron 40 min en atenderme para sólo decirme que no tenían tarjetas.
They take a long time to attend and they do not have material. I went to get my card replaced and they took 40 minutes to attend to me, only to tell me that they had no cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes tenían un excelente servicio pero desde que hace poco entraron nuevas personas a trabajar ahí su calidad se fue por un caño.
Estos nuevos empleados se caracterizan por complicarte bastante los trámites para ir a hacer pagos cuando antes eran muy sencillos. Dejan un solo cajero atendiendo en todo el banco aún cuando el banco está lleno de gente (y los demás empleados ahí están platicado entre ellos haciéndose como que no ven nada). Muchas veces dejan gente afuera del banco y no dejan entrar a más porque pues como hay una cola de 4 personas adentro y con el argumento de que el Covid está canijo pues no se les antoja dejar entrar a más gente (esto sucede si la persona encargada de la puerta se encuentra de animo pesado ese día).
A la gente que va a cambiar dinero no solamente no les cambian nada (antes si lo hacían) sino que los cajeros salen con argumentos como de que habrá cambio en 10 dias o cosas así (si, así de ridículos son).
Una pena que pase todo esto ya que antes era un excelente banco, pero ahora ir ahí se ha convertido en sinónimo de pasar un muy mal rato
Before they had an excellent service but since recently new people came to work there, their quality went down a drain.
These new employees are characterized by complicating the procedures enough to go to make payments when they were very simple before. They leave a single teller servicing the entire bank even when the bank is full of people (and the other employees there are talking to each other pretending they don't see anything). Many times they leave people outside the bank and do not allow more people to enter because since there is a queue of 4 people inside and with the argument that the Covid is poor, they do not want to let more people enter (this happens if the person in charge door is in a heavy mood that day).
Not only do they not change anything to people who are going to change money (before they did) but the tellers come up with arguments such as that there will be change in 10 days or things like that (yes, they are that ridiculous).
It's a shame that all this happens since before it was an excellent bank, but now going there has become synonymous with having a very bad time
