El día en que fui, la ejecutiva sacó fotos de todos mis documentos y me avisó que me marcaría esa tarde. Nunca me marcó. El próximo día, regresé a la sucursal con mis documentos. Hablé con otro ejecutivo pues la misma ejecutiva no estaba. De nuevo sacó copias de mis documentos. De nuevo me dijo que me marcaría en la tarde para que regresara para firmar los papeles. Nunca me marcó.
I like Banbajío because if you withdraw dollars, their ATMs give you a good exchange rate and a low commission. But when I tried to open a bank account, they ignored me. Veo que esto ya ha pasado a otras personas. Y lo peor de todo es que después de que sucede esto la gerente no lo cierra o pone un letrero de fuera de servicio. No le importa que su cajero siga robando
