★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿Para qué ponen la opción de "autobanco" (haces todo desde el auto en una ventanilla) si pasan 30 minutos y contando y NO te atienden? y no porque haya mucha gente, además nadie del personal ha sido para al menos decir "permíteme ya voy", las cajeras platicando y riendo, total falta de seriedad y profesionalismo, asco de sucursal.
Why do they put the option of "autobanco" (do everything from the car in a window) if they spend 30 minutes and counting and they do not take care of you? And not because there are many people, also no one at the staff has been to at least say "let me go", the tellers talking and laughing, total lack of seriousness and professionalism, disgust of branch.
