★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son suuuper lentos para apertura de cuentas empresariales, no tiene nada de atención al cliente. Si te toca con Carlos G. ni si quiera pierdas tu tiempo, vete a otro banco porque lo más probable es que cierren el banco antes de que te abran la cuenta.
They are super slow to open business accounts, they don't have any customer support. If you get in touch with Carlos G. you don't even want to waste your time, go to another bank because they will most likely close the bank before they open your account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar que cuenta con otras opciones a su alrededor, o en la misma plaza. Como restaurantes, neveria, cafetería, tiene estacionamiento y la atención es de lo mejor, amables, gentiles, educados y profesionales. Ivonne, con una muy buena cultura de servicio al cliente, siempre atenta. La sucursal, aunque tiene un letrero de bienvenida para discapacitados, ancianos y mascotas. Desafortunadamente NO cuenta con acceso para silla de ruedas, ni en el estacionamiento, ni en la propia entrada a la sucursal. Esta en una avenida de muy fácil acceso, que por su amplitud también tiene estacionamiento en la parte central de la misma.
It is an excellent place that has other options around it, or in the same square. Like restaurants, ice cream parlor, cafeteria, it has parking and the attention is the best, friendly, kind, polite and professional. Ivonne, with a very good culture of customer service, always attentive. The branch, although it has a welcome sign for the disabled, the elderly and pets. Unfortunately, it does NOT have wheelchair access, neither in the parking lot, nor at the entrance to the branch. It is on an avenue with very easy access, which due to its width also has parking in the central part of it.
