★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Solo una persona en área de caja y nos tardamos años. La gerente se le comentó si alguien podía apoyar a la gente de caja y dijo que lamentablemente no podían, cuando había 5 gentes en escritorios en llamadas.

En caso de elegir este banco no asistir a esta sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atencion super mal, me tarde 2 horas en el banco, porque me dijeron que no tenian sistema y que regresaba en 1 hora, entre a la hora y dijeron que seguia sin haber. Uno espera por la necesidad y salen con esto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la sucursal con el peor servicio al cliente que he tenido con Ban Bajio. No dan seguimiento y aunque TODOS dicen que se pondrán en contacto contigo, nunca lo hacen. Da la sensación de que no les importa ni en lo mínimo tus solicitudes. Ah y cada que marquen para dar seguimiento a su solicitud, tendran que explicar una y otra y otra y otra vez, lo que necesitan. Eviten esta sucursal a menos de que quieran sufrir :)
It is the branch with the worst customer service I have ever had with Ban Bajio. They don't follow up and even though EVERYONE says they'll get back to you, they never do. It gives the feeling that they do not care in the least about your requests. Oh, and every time they check to follow up on their request, they'll have to explain over and over and over and over again what they need. Avoid this branch unless you want to suffer :)
