★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ineptos. Extravié mi tarjeta de nómina hace unas semanas, llame al Call Center del banco, me dieron un número de reporte y me dijeron que acudiera a la sucursal de Azcapotzalco. Ya estando allí, la señorita que me atendió tardó más de una hora esperando autorización para ver si me entregabn o no mi nueva tarjeta de nómina, a lo que me dijo que no, por que en Satélite no lo autorizaban solo por sus huevos, yo teniendo ahí mi INE y mi número de reporte. Teniendo ahí e su escritorio la tarjeta que me correspondería, además de que me van a cobrar un cargo por la tarjeta con todo y su ineficiente e idoota forma de "trabajar.
Mi jefe de la empresa donde laboro me compartió el número del ejecutivo que lleva la cuenta a cargo un tal Felix Rivera en Banbanjio Satelite, mencionan me que no me puede ayudar después de las 4 p.m. y estando en Azcapotzalco a las 3:30 pm
O sea, yo siendo un usuario que solo fue por un cambio de tarjeta y no pueden solucionar algo tan simple ¿qué esperan los empresarios que abren cuentas o hacen movimientos más grandes en esa institución bancaria que no me pudo ni dar una tarjeta?
Pésimo servicio y e incapaces
 They are inept. I lost my payroll card a few weeks ago, called the bank's Call Center, they gave me a report number and told me to go to the Azcapotzalco branch. Already being there, the lady who attended me took more than an hour waiting for authorization to see if she gave me my new payroll card or not, to which she told me no, because in Satellite she was not authorized only for her eggs, I having my INE and my report number there. Having the card that would correspond to me there, and they will charge me a fee for the card with everything and their inefficient and idiocy way of "working."
My head of the company where I work shared the number of the executive who holds the account in charge of one Felix Rivera in Banbanjio Satelite, they mention that he cannot help me after 4 p.m. and being in Azcapotzalco at 3:30 pm
That is, I being a user who was only for a change of card and can not solve something so simple, what do businessmen who open accounts or make larger movements in that banking institution that could not even give me a card expect?
